dc.description.abstractI think this conference is a very important first step in the right direction. Obviously, much more is required in this area to be able to capitalize on what the military clearly need in the coming decades. I think this is very important; very much worth the effort that people are putting in here today. But even more important is what we can do in terms of the future; and I hope all of you will join me in trying to achieve our objective over the coming years.
