dc.description.abstractDue to a lack of standardization, the Department of Defense (DoD) spends more time and money than it should on data collection and analysis. Recommendation 89 would address this problem by identifying redundant or outdated business data architectures to be eliminated or consolidated to improve transparency and decision making.
