Streamlining the requirements process. Ensuring access to commercial items and services through streamlined acquisition. Protecting intellectual property rights while enabling competition. Removing obstacles to the use of a commercial supply chain. Maximizing the appropriate use of performance-based logistics (PBL). Increasing the cost-effectiveness of oversight.
