dc.description.abstractThe results of this study were obtained via a survey deployed to the DoD and contractor personnel working primarily in program management and logistics management by Defense Acquisition University. The study highlighted the impact of 15 factors on implementation of Performance-based Life Cycle Product Support (PBL). The study contrasted 2011 results to a previous 2005 study on PBL barriers and enablers. The results of this study have applications to successful implementation of PBL throughout the DoD and the commercial industrial workplace. Significant information was obtained on 15 factors regarding effects on PBL implementation. Ten of the evaluated factors were determined to be enablers; five were determined to be barriers.
