Abstract: | This paper will share the innovative methodology, Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) insights that have allowed PMW 240 to field mobile apps rapidly. It will also discuss some of the challenges and next steps to expanding the Navy HR mobile application capabilities. Since PMW 240 is an acquisition executor, all processes, innovations, and insights will be presented from a practitioner perspective in hopes of benefiting other practitioner organizations that require mobile application deployment for their end-users. |
