Abstract: The purpose of this project is to analyze the effects of Title II Weapon Systems Acquisition Reform Act (WSARA) of 2009 on the Program Executive Office (PEO) Combat Support and Combat Service Support (CS&CSS). Our methodology includes a literature review as well as interviews with program office stakeholders. We review collected data to establish a correlation between WSARA implementation and how stakeholders perceive the application of these regulations through the following: Identify the intended effect of Title II WSARA regulations on the acquisition process concerning cost, schedule, and performance. Determine the extent to which enacted Title II WSARA has been applied within PEO CS&CSS programs. Identify gaps between the intent and application of Title II WSARA within PEO CS&CSS, offering recommendations for further research. The analysis shows that correlations exist between WSARA implementation and improved cost and schedule performance.
