| Abstract: | The Section 809 Panel recommends clarifying polices for implementation in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) on the management of nonpersonal services (NPS) contracts relative to contractor supervisory responsibilities. This guidance will improve the acquisition and management of services contracts by providing clarity concerning the roles and responsibilities of both contractor and government employees. |
