| Abstract: | The Administration is transmitting to Congress the enclosed set of legislative proposals to help streamline and improve the agility and efficiency of federal acquisition processes. We seek their enactment as part of the acquisition title of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 or as part of other appropriate Congressional bills. |
