| Abstract: | We have completed our study of Government auditing and other oversight of defense contractors. Pursuant to our agreement dated December 16, 1985, the study consisted principally of field visits to 15 major defense contractors throughout the United States and interviews with several Government representatives. Each of the contractor and Government representatives with whom we met was helpful and we are appreciative of their cooperation and the courtesies extended to us. PDF contains Executive Summary.
