Abstract: Reforming our outdated acquisition laws and regulations to reflect the realities of commerce in the digital age is a priority for this subcommittee this Congress. Today's hearing will set the foundation for additional, more targeted oversight. It is time that we align the best practices of industry with the Federal Government when it comes to IT acquisition and deployment.
