Abstract: Unless otherwise provided by a law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act, each provision of law requiring the submittal to Congress (or any committee of Congress) of any report specified in the list submitted under subsection (b) shall, with respect to that requirement, cease to be effective on October 30, 1995.
