dc.description.abstract | This paper explores the experience of the Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) enterprise in applying Lean and Agile mindsets and concepts to both the product development and non-product development aspects of the Sentinel Program Office’s 17 divisions. This adoption occurred within the context of two related adoptions that were concurrent: adoption of objectives and key results and adoption of Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence tools. General results of these adoptions have been positive, but as with any adoption of practices at large scale, there were barriers that had to be overcome. This paper characterizes the journey and makes observations about the barriers and solutions that the enterprise used to overcome them. | en_US |
