Abstract: | Recent research conducted at the Naval Postgraduate School has proven that applying a pricing optimization model to Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) contracts on US Air Force installations results in both significant cost savings and optimization of contracting resources. This project will attempt to prove that similar improvements can be made by applying the same model to installation service contracts for use by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). |
