Abstract:	While a significant percentage of respondents indicated they had seen some improvement over prior years, a solid majority indicated that things have not improved overall or not improved sufficiently to move the needle. Given that the acquisition workforce is in the midst of a generational transition, this is an extraordinary opportunity in time to drive significant changes in culture, practices and capabilities. Missing this window of opportunity could have impacts for years to come.
